Please read these terms carefully. By creating a Klutch account or using our services, you agree to be bound by them.
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Klutch, the workshop-management platform for motorbike and three-wheeler repair centres in Sri Lanka, including its web app, companion mobile app, and print agent software.
By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or using the service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Klutch.
Klutch accounts belong to a repair shop and are used by its owners and staff under the roles you assign. You are responsible for keeping credentials, two-factor codes, and step-up PINs secure, and for all activity under your account.
You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to act for the shop you register. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
Paid plans are billed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR), with taxes such as VAT and SSCL applied in accordance with Sri Lankan law. Some features are available only on specific plans. Subscriptions renew automatically for the chosen period unless cancelled beforehand.
Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. We will give reasonable notice before any pricing change takes effect.
You agree to use Klutch lawfully and in line with these terms. You may not reverse engineer, copy, or resell the service, or use it to store or send unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
We may suspend or limit access where use threatens the security, integrity, or availability of the platform for other shops.
Your shop owns the business data it enters, including customers, vehicles, job cards, inventory, invoices, and payments. We process this data only to provide and improve the service, as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the records you enter and for having a lawful basis to store your customers personal data.
Klutch can send transactional messages, verification codes, reminders, and job updates to you and, at your direction, to your customers by SMS and WhatsApp. You confirm that you have the necessary consent to contact your customers this way.
Messaging volumes may be subject to plan limits and gateway availability.
We grant you a limited, non-transferable licence to use the companion mobile app and the print agent software for your own shops use. Their use is also subject to the relevant app store and operating system terms.
You are responsible for the security of the devices you use, including screen locks and biometric settings, and for the printers and hardware you connect.
We aim to keep Klutch available on a best-effort basis and design the mobile app to keep working with offline tolerance for shops outside reliable connectivity. Planned maintenance is scheduled to limit disruption where practical.
The service is provided without any warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our reasonable control.
Either party may terminate at any time. You may cancel from your account settings; we may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or non-payment.
On termination you will have a reasonable window to export your business data, after which we may delete it in line with our retention practices and applicable law.
Klutch is provided on an as is and as available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties.
Our total liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of Klutch is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Colombo.
